“What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas”

With this wise thought today I would like to visit another desert, but this time the Nevada Desert with its capital of lights and joy as is the city of Las Vegas, with all its splendor and all you have to offer the tourist … No in vain with Orlando are the two cities receiving more tourists in the world.

Let’s start by saying that Las Vegas is the largest city in the State of Nevada, was founded in the twentieth century and known as THE ENTERTAINMENT CAPITAL OF THE WORLD …
Once up to this fascinating city, there are several types of accommodation, but before is important to note, that if we stretch our money as possible, it is much cheaper enjoy Vegas from Sunday to Friday instead of arriving the day Friday as is customary.

Have you heard about Las Vegas Strip? Imagine 7.5 km from the hotel, light fun, party … The largest and most luxurious hotels are found along this road, which is why the most recommended in your visit to Las Vegas are: Cesar Palace, Le Mirage, The Monte Carlo, Treasure Island, Excalibur. Bellagio, Venetian, Paris, New York … all related themed hotels with its name.

Stop a moment here and see some recommendations that can take into account to eat: Take advantage of buffets in hotels, 99% of them have them full with breakfasts of various foods. If you want a gourmet dinner buffet, you can cancel $12.00, with succulent lobster, giant prawns, glorious steaks, delicious sushi, and children always pay less.

This just want to say that the food in Las Vegas will be no problem … Of course, if you fancy something more exclusive and eat in a more intimate and private, to the restaurants to go, but every hotel has more than ten places with different types of foods and stress in particular the restaurant located in Hotel Eiffel Tower Paris, excellent!, yes, make your reservation on time since it is always full.

OK, you’re staying in an excellent hotel and I ate a big meal … What to do? What we offer Las Vegas? … Well here’s to talk about various types of attractions of which a large number are free. For example, in the Hotel Caesar Palace is to go see the show of Atlantis and the sources, lights and animatronics attraction … Shocking! In the hotel there is to see Treasure Island pirate show with plenty of fire, lights, sunken ships and galleons … Spectacular! At Le Mirage are the famous white tigers and the habitat of dolphins … Magnificent! In the Venetian, if you wander around the shopping channel, you will see important figures of the past by singing or painting or sharing with you on every corner … and of course you can not miss the spectacular show of the fountains of Bellagio Hotel.

These are just some of the dozens of attractions at no cost you can do in this city for a week and not leave it.

I’m sure you wonder if this city is for adults only. Remember that “What happens here stays here”… Well for children is not so, they take full advantage of your stay … I’m sure everything I have described so far, will be a dream come true for them because every hotel there are the famous Playroom, sites with ample space-themed hotel with all kind of games for them. You must pay the cost but I certainly will not ruin you and you may win, however, you’ll be pleased to see the smallest of the family are also happy to be here.

But there is something you see during your stay in Las Vegas and that’s a live show those that are magnificent, inexplicable and unforgettable … I could recommend one in particular that impressed me greatly and I think even now is one of the best I’ve seen in my life: The Cirque de Soleil performance in O. This show is a combination of pools, ponds, traps and many artists doing wonders difficult to tell. Just tell them it’s really spectacular. I assure you that will be the best money spent in Las Vegas, I guarantee.

I recommend you the shows about the world-renowned magicians: David Cooperfield, Penn and Teller, Cris Angel, Lance Burton, the latter try to go too, amazing! … The whole family will enjoy watching the Tournament of Kings show at the Excalibur Hotel and music lovers can see the music: Legends in Concert, American Stars: Tribute to Elvis … Great.

For those passionate live performers can be seen at this time Barry and the sensational Manilov Cher … And finally just for adults Crazy Horse and The Fantasy Show will be the most renowned.

In Las Vegas you can choose to attend more than a hundred shows with different prices. But the fun does not end here, each hotel has its own theme and its attraction for example, the Hotel New York, New York has a roller coaster that runs throughout the hotel and it’s like to go crazy vertigo … And if we go to the Stratosphere Hotel, have an attraction that is called Insanity, located on its roof more than 300 meters high and is on a swing that will take away the empty air, this is only for the brave … And if you go to Hotel Lluxor, you have the attraction of the Journey into the Pyramids in an elevator going down and is injured and there the adventure begins … At the Hotel Rio every night you have the famous Carnival in Rio with garotas and everything … If you go to the Hotel Paris and will name the Eiffel Tower where you can climb to the top floor and see the festival of lights sources Bellagio Hotel … You see, endless entertainment.

Now, if someone wants to get out of Las Vegas and do some hiking around, you can not stop going to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam, the largest in the world. This visit will cut your breath … And for the more adventurous who are not afraid to roads or driving long distances, just five hours from Las Vegas will take a look at the spectacular Grand Canyon. Do not talk while they are there, guaranteed. The color and shape of the canyon is well worth driving a little over 10 hours in total … I really spectacular and breathtaking nature …

But there are still things to do for those who like adventures Strengths: Driving a car in the Nascar series, driving a Formula One miniature or attend a House to see and feel the zero gravity.

And last for lovers of nightlife can name three local whose popularity is well known to all: The Playboy Club with its bunnies, Coyote Ugly and Studio 54 … They are open all night

This is only a small part of what you can expect from Las Vegas … and I did not tell you about the Casinos because … “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas”

JORDAN THE LAND OF DREAMS

… For many years I wanted to visit this fascinating country, I dare to call it that way … Here, as in the story of the Thousand and One Nights, all your dreams become reality …. When you arrive at the airport in Amman and feel the warmth of its people and the pleasure to meet you in a different world. You think that Amman, the capital, although it dates back over 5000 years old. Amman is a cosmopolitan city with modern buildings and big hotels, combining the charm at all times with the current millennium and a pleasure to their facilities.

Here in Amman, I recommend you start by knowing the lower city with its Roman Theater with capacity for 6,000 people, then goes through the Citadel with the Temple of Hercules and The Ruins of Al Gasr estimated date from 720 or 750 AD … Wonderful! A few kilometers from the capital city of Jerash you going back to 70 AD and was built by the Romans in the time of Emperor Trajan. The first thing you see is the Arch of Trajan and immediately after the races. You can also visit the Temple of Zeus, or Forum The Agora was the marketplace and ultimately Theater and The Temple of Artemis.

The second day you can devote to visit the Dead Sea, a natural depression that reaches 400 meters below sea level. Its waters are rich in minerals and high in sodium, make it unsuitable for plant and animal life but ideal for thermal and curative purposes. Be sure to give you a dip in the water and put on your skin the mud of the bottom, you’ll not sink you and your skin will be like new …. But be careful! Do not splash water in your eyes because they might get irritated …. That same day, you can also visit the Desert Castles, facilities dating from the early centuries AD and were used by the caliph and his entourage as temporary housing outside urban areas. Among them are the Gasr chateaux of El-Azraq, Al-’Amr and GSAR GSAR El-Kharana.

The third day visit to Madaba, there you will know the St. George Cathedral where you can see the oldest mosaic probably dates from the early centuries of the Christian era, which displayed a kind of map of Ancient Palestine to use pilgrims on their way to the Holy Land. This city dates back to the tenth century BC. Then you take the road to Mount Nebo, which had a particular fascination for their symbolic significance to the religious tradition of Jews and Christians. From there you can cover with his eyes all the Jordan Valley to the Dead Sea. In fact, this is the mountain which, according to the Bible, Moses went up on the orders of Yahweh, to glimpse the Promised Land from afar before dying … .. they say this is where is his tomb … Formidable!

The fourth day, you know one of the few places in the world that makes you experience an emotion so strong when, after an interesting walk through the narrow gorge called the Siq natural, impromptu shows the high facade of the Treasury, the most famous monument of the lost city of Petra.

Petra is a city that was founded by the Nabataeans to the sixth century BC. The Nabataeans were expert in the carving of stone and is so in this city, all its temples and monuments were built and carved in full rock. Everything here is spectacular!, Wonderful!, Incredible! and memorable !!… The images you see here, you will remain engraved in your mind for a lifetime.

But this temple is not only what is striking are the colors of the stones, the experience of climbing into the back of a donkey to the monastery called El Deir, and from there to enjoy one of the most stunning views you’ve had in your life. All Petra really leaves you amazed and shocked that what you’re seeing is a reality and not fantasy … No wonder in 2007 was declared as one of the wonders of the modern world.

Already in the last day I recommend you visit the desert of Wadi Run, rock formations and sandy beaches of unusual colors ranging from yellow to dark red, which in contrast to human intervention in Petra, here the action of wind erosion produce scenic vistas that make it one of the main attractions for tourists. We recall that these landscapes formed the backdrop for the film Lawrence of Arabia … And to close the tour of this wonderful country, visit the resort city of Aqaba on the Red Sea, Jordan’s only port of great importance to the connections between coasts of the Arabian peninsula and the Mediterranean area.

… The day I returned from Jordan, I promised myself that someday I will come back to this fantastic place ….

ALASKA, THE GREAT LAND

In the latest recommendations of the desert have spoken … Today I invite you to a tour of this beautiful and majestic land that is Alaska, La Tierra Grande, but I invite you to discover it on a cruise, but for this you must do so through a company expert in this type of travel. So, embark and spend 7 days in one of these wonderful boats that can take us to this dreamland …

To go to Alaska on a cruise there are two ports that are the most common: the port of Seattle, USA and the port of Vancouver, Canada. These two cities are the worthy prelude to a cruise like the one I’m recommending. In Seattle you can not stop going to the Boeing factory, there are tours departing daily and you can buy at the reception desk of any hotel, its center is worthy of walking. Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities I’ve had the opportunity to visit, here you can not miss walking through its parks and visit the market with fresh fruit and seafood.

That’s why my recommendation to make an Alaskan cruise is to arrive at least two or three days before the departure of the ship, because you can not miss the event to meet one of these two beautiful cities before leaving port.

Undoubtedly, our adventure begins in these cities, but to address the cruiser feel we’re starting to live a dream … Explain how the entry in one of these cruise ships is indescribable … When we walk the boat will be waiting for a waiter in white gloves that will lead to our cabin and the dining room where we will live there in the coming days, the glory of the most delicious meals.

The first day we will cruise the Inside Passage, this means navigating a very narrow passage between mountains full of pine trees and green gardens. This sailing voyage I call for the soul and spirit, and to do the Inside Passage is a gift from God … A whole flora and fauna really admirable … but this does not stop there … we left around noon to sea, and here especially during the months July and August, you have to keep your eyes open as any part of the sea can go to step dolphins and humpback whales …

This show is impressive, most of the time the captain of the ship indicates where the whales and so all the ship’s passengers are ready with their cameras to the event of the day … The truth is that seeing these whales in their natural habitat is a show class apart … So eye viewfinder!.

After this fabulous day out, we reached the town of Ketchikan also called the salmon capital of the … From here we take a trip to the Misty Fiords National Park an area of 8 million acres of unspoiled nature in the purest state … This city is also known for the largest collection of totems in the world and here you will witness how they are chiseled these true works of art and the reports of the natives full of magic and charm … Of course we can not leave here without getting into some of the typical restaurants to taste the rich smoked salmon.

Get ready for what awaits us when we come to Hubbard Glacier … This is the largest glacier in Alaska marine origin, is 9 miles wide by 120 miles long and moves about 1.5 meters per hour … Here comes the boat until a few meters of the glacier and it seems that what we were playing with their hands … The boat is placed parallel to the glacier and the machines put them in total silence, nobody talks, everybody silently waiting for the shrill sound of nature when detached blocks of glacial ice falling into the sea making it all in a landscape of ice really indescribable … I can tell you that I have done some cruising in my life but I’ve never felt closer the grandeur of nature here in this place … This wonder is a meeting with yourself … You get to the bottom of your being … That is the truth … But we must continue our navigation.

Thus we reached Juneau, the capital of Alaska. Here we go see the glacier Mendenhal. There are two ways to do it by helicopter, landed on the glacier itself and you take some pictures that will prove your fabulous adventure. Not only that, you’ll see spectacular views. The other way is by taking a tour that takes you to the Nature Park and from there you will see the wonderful nearby glacier. You’ll spend just a glorious moment … You can also hire another trip and go in search of gold, and maybe you are lucky enough to make you filthy rich …

Then we came to Sitka a beautiful village where nature lovers can navigate the boat through the narrow roads of the island and watch the otters live. You can see brown bears and eagles here in his own kingdom. You can get a license to fish and what you can fish up there and then have to taste it. This is a land of grace.

The last place we visit is the village where you will take the train Skagway Yukon Express and go up to 1,000 meters along the route of gold, reaching the summit of White Pass. You will enjoy incredible views, waterfalls and mountain splendor. This is a village that recreates the entire period of the gold rush and see their homes in keeping with the time. Will get to a different day really. You can also take an excursion that takes you into Canada and there you will also delight with extraordinary views. In Skagway you can also learn how dogs are bred the famous lions used to pull sleds, or hire a helicopter and fly over Glacier Bay …

Whatever you decide to do it, you’ll regret never having known the Great Land and have performed this cruise …

I promise!!!!ALASKA, THE GREAT LAND

I promise!!!!

DUBAI, THE CITY OF THE RECORDS

Dear friends and I have commented on the natural wonders of Jordan, also i want to talk and make them a special invitation for them to know the spectacular city of Dubai ….

Dubai is one of eight cities that comprise the UAE, whose two most famous cities are Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The city of Dubai has an area of 4114 km2 and a population of 1,600,000 inhabitants …

When we think of Dubai, which is the first thing that comes to mind? …. “OIL”, right? … We imagine a city whose economy and growth must be based on this natural resource for its location, but so you know , not; only 5% of the economy of this small town depend of oil, and you might wonder: and the rest? … well dear friends TOURISM. For this reason it is said that Dubai is the capital of tourism in the area …

Speaking of Dubai is talking about the Guinness Book of Records, and here again we ask, why? .. I explain: This city is the world’s tallest hotel, the highest office tower in the world, the most spectacular real estate developments in the world … for these reasons Dubai appears on all Guinness records related to these issues … We can not talk of this city without naming one of the best known hotels in the world thanks to his majesty, his name: Burj Al Arab, which means THE TOWER OF ARAB. This construction of over 321 meters, has 202 suites, the smallest being 180 square meters and the largest of more than 800 square meters. This suite is called The Royal Suite, within their service has a private movie theater, several jacuzzis, rotating beds, private elevator, 27 phones and its own heliport … the cost?: The most cost $ 3,000 per night and most expensive 28,000 euros night.

It is the only seven-star hotel in the world that gives you Rolls Royce transfers, seven restaurants lujosísimos in which you can “invest” your money, the most named the Al Mahara, which is located below sea level … are encouraged to know! .

At the beginning I told you that this city is today the city’s most luxurious urban projects and expensive in the world … I mean, the most famous is The Palm Islands with three different developments and all on an artificial island built for this single purpose … of course, here are located villas, apartments, malls and everything you can imagine … Another noteworthy project is the World that is also located on 300 artificial sand islands and in addition to everything that the previous project, also build hotels 5 * … This is really worth visiting.

Speaking a little about what to do in Dubai, you tell me: ok, I see a city where I will lodge hotel and a tower that has not been completed and property development still under construction … and then? What can I do? … Then I describe the wonders that you can meet. How about reaching into the desert and go snow skiing? … Crazy right?, It is not so! Here is a large shopping center (mall) where you will find a track for snow skiing, you can rent all the equipment necessary to spend a few hours incredible …

Life in Dubai begins after 6 pm as the heat keeps people out into the street before that time, so the first visit you should do is go to the Madinat Jumeirah hotel is located 25 minutes from downtown. This hotel is like going to the city of Venice and has the best view of the Burj el Arab hotel that becomes an illuminated visual attraction beaten.

I tell you that Dubai is an extremely safe city, taxi drivers do not take advantage of tourists as in some cities in the world and people is friendly, and tourists are treated with kid gloves, in truth there is in this sense complaints of any kind.

Well, snow skiing and went to the Little Venice, back tell the driver to stop at the mosque JUMEIRAH …. Spectacular!, At night the view is beautiful and in front you can also find bars and cafes as well as some shopping centers. You should stop going to WAFI CENTER, this is a complex that mimics the pyramids of Cairo and also with several shops, bars and cafes.

Of course, if you go shopping, the ladies will love to go shoping mall CENTER DEIRA three levels with all firms and shops that have been created on earth … A perfect place to buy gold, silver and diamonds, apart from some clothes that never hurts to buy. Dubai is a city for walking, do it for you to realize the kind of city you know, you should also go the gold market, the market for the species and can not miss it for the world market … The market fabrics is at the other end of Dubai, so you Montarto in a little boat called dhows and reach the old city here is the museum of Dubai … It really is quite an experience.

You also have to visit the Emirates Tower hotel is a skyscraper where you can take your favorite drink at the top floor with a spectacular view of others … but it does not stop here …. Next to this hotel is a super exclusive shopping mall with luxury shops of the world. Here sheiks buy clothes and jewelry … Otherwise, it has an Asian restaurant not to be missed among others by the economic and excellent quality.

Here I have given a brief description of this stunning city, but much more needs to be done, for example, go to a desert safari or visit a Bedouin village and spend a night where the sunset and sunrise are unforgettable, or take a trip by camel, or visit one of the largest water parks in the world … Remember you are in the city of Guinness, and if you still need something to buy or see, you have the Dubai airport, which once completed, will be the largest airport in the world with the largest number of duty free shops than any other airport in the world can be …. for a change.
